Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:


• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags, wash & care labels, and packaging attached.
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Handle with Care When Trying On Our Pieces:


• Please handle our garments with care when trying them on. Items showing any signs of wear—such as marks, makeup stains, scents, or odors—cannot be accepted for returns.
• Once the specified return tag and/or labels are removed, the product is non-returnable.
• If the product is returned without the return tag, original labels, or original packaging, it will not qualify for a refund. If such a product is sent back to us, it will be returned to you at your expense and risk.
• Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct an inspection and notify you within two weeks whether the product is eligible for a refund or return according to our policies.
• When you register a return request, we may ask for photographs of the product to approve the return.
• If the product is received by us more than 10 days after the return process is initiated, or due to delays on your part, it will not be accepted for return or refund and will be sent back to you at your expense and risk.

How to Return an Item:


Contact Us: Email our customer service at info@shop-ery.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Prepare Your Package: Repack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
Shipping: We offer free returns on all domestic orders. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

Processing Your Return:

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges:

Given the limited availability of our collections, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or wish to select another item, please place a new order and follow our return process for the original purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
